Dell Digital Service team develops and delivers world-class software to help drive efficiency and reduce costs during customer engagements. The Software Engineering team delivers next-generation software application enhancements and new products for a changing world. Working at the cutting edge, we design and develop software for platforms, peripherals, applications, and diagnostics — all with the most advanced technologies, tools, software engineering methodologies and the collaboration of internal and external partners. You will:

1. Work with business users to define and investigate problems, conducting studies to create automated business solutions that meet current and future environments
2. Learn and apply your automation development knowledge
3. Design, develop, implement and maintain solutions, leading projects and work with extended teams

1. Basic knowledge of programming (VB, VBA, Python, C#, SQL) or Robotics automation applications and tools such as UIPath or Automation Anywhere
2. Ability to work under supervision – able to work with your colleagues to identify and resolve roadblocks and escalate appropriately to ensure program remains on track
3. Communication skills and the ability to work with people from different time zones and cultures
