Disney is offering DPEP Franchise Strategy internship in Celebration, Florida, United States, Fall 2022.
Duties & responsibilities
- Learn about the various business within the Global DPEP segment
- Organize and participate in taskforce meetings, develop recaps, and track next steps
- Build relationships through daily communications with many company partners
- Support Manager, Franchise Strategy in organizing and executing project plans and ad hoc assignments
- Compile and create reports and decks on industry and competitive data in support of franchise strategies
- Utilize team collaboration tools (Box, Slack, GoogleDocs) to drive effective record-keeping, communication, and efficiency
- Liaise with Franchise line of business teams across DPEP to collect pertinent information, such as inputs to the calendar tool, Studio recap reports, mobilization strategies, or other various deliverables
Eligibility criteria
- Possesses an entrepreneurial spirit, dependable, and has a desire to learn
- Ability to discretely manage confidential information
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills
- Adept at working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities at once, and managing time well
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Resourceful, innovative, and responsive to change
- Strong computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, Keynote, Box, Slack)
- Studies in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Must be enrolled in an accredited college/university taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) prior to participation in the internship program OR must have graduated from a college/university within 6 months OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Professional Internship
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must not have completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or program.
- Must possess unrestricted work authorization
- Must provide full work availability
- Must provide own transportation to/from work
- Housing: We provide limited housing opportunities for Florida Based Professional Interns through American Campus Communities.
