Internship Opportunity In the Field of Career Counseling in Egypt

IbtikarKhana and the Ministry of Social Solidarity are offering internship opportunities for 4 months in Nasr City and Downtown, Cairo, Egypt for university students to work with Future Zone social entrepreneurs and learn more about the entrepreneurship sector in Egypt.

About Future Zone:

Future Zone enables teenagers to identify their career interests and preferences by introducing them to various career fields and market needs while empowering them to discover their talents, passion, and skills. This will lead to suitable choices of future careers and more satisfied employees with higher productivity.

The intern should attend twice a week for 4 months.

• Preferred Age: 18-24 years.
• Preferred Educational Background: Students or Graduates of Science collages.
• Experience: Having experience in conducting activities for school students is preferred.

Ibtikar Khana aims to create an inclusive community of proactive and innovative critical-thinkers, problem-solvers and entrepreneurs, and provide them with the skills and knowledge needed to launch successful social ventures that create meaningful change and address the country’s most pressing challenges. The project features a transformative capacity-building framework comprised of coaching, mentoring, networking, and supporting access to financial and other resources. Ibtikar Khana is an innovation lab that combines a physical space and an interactive website to foster a culture of innovation and contribute towards effective channels of support for social entrepreneurs in Egypt.
