Deloitte offers a job opportunity as a consultant for the development and transformation of human resources, workforce and organization in Jordan. Duties & responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Design and implement employee communication channels using traditional and social media such as posters, newsletters, emails, videos, social media campaigns and infographics.
  • Assess training needs and design training content for ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle using learning content development tools such as SAP EnableNow.
  • Participate in change analysis including change impact analysis, stakeholder analysis and evaluation of effectiveness of trainings and communications.
  • Workforce planning, talent and change management, client growth agenda and ambitions.
  • Design solutions that can help address complex organizational and people issues, deliver sustainable results, and demonstrate real impact.
  • Utilize standard processes, tools, and methodologies to help improve the organizational efficiency and effectiveness of clients, workforce strategies, and programs.
  • Apply frameworks to organize concepts, identify gaps, and communicate ideas clearly.
  • Stay abreast of current regional and global economic and trade trends, with special attention to human resources trends to serve customers better.
  • Work closely with team members across the HC team on internal initiatives to help maintain a committed work environment.

Eligibility criteria

You must have:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related subject such as human resources, business administration, computer science, or any other related degree, and a master's degree in business administration or any related degree is preferred.
  • Relevant experience ranging from 2 to 4 years.
  • Creative design certifications or training software/tools such as SAP EnableNow, Articulate, Adobe Suite, Microsoft suite, Canva, Photoshop, etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Strong interest and passion in human resources consulting in public and private sector organizations.
  • Ability to prioritize workload with flexibility and ability to cope well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Willingness to be in Amman, Jordan and travel for business purposes.
