Opportunity description

Aramex is looking for a qualified Retail Outlet Leader to join the team and work in Alexandria, Egypt for 2021. 

Duties & responsibilities

  1. Identify customer service improvement opportunities and develop action plan.
  2. Achieve Aramex customer satisfaction level in the outlet.
  3. Provide excellent customer service experience to retain customers.
  4. Ensure agents are properly applying the procedures for outbound and inbound shipments.
  5. Manage customers flow effectively.
  6. Manage resources at the back office as required.
  7. Ensure all customers are served within the KPI service level.
  8. Ensure feedback box are in place and feedback forms are updated on GCS.
  9. Implement Aramex Loyalty program “Aramex Smiles” in the outlet.
  10. Collaborate with the team to achieve the team objectives.
  11. Set KPIs for direct report and conduct annual review.
  12. Manage staffing and allocate people effectively.
  13. Support the team to resolve escalated complaints.
  14. Facilitate the flow of information horizontally and vertically.
  15. Motivate, coach and train and retain outlet staff members.
  16. Ensure agents are properly dressed and groomed to represent the company professionally.
  17. Ensure outlet is branded as per Aramex guidelines.
  18. Ensure smooth and efficient operations running at the outlet.
  19. Ensure queue is managed effectively and achieve the set service levels.
  20. Answer all enquiries as per the standard guidelines.
  21. Ensure POS is used for both inbound and outbound customers and the agreed service levels are achieved.
  22. Adhere to company HSSE, compliance and sustainability corporate policies.
  23. Ensure Q-Matic SLA is achieved.
  24. Ensure Growth of the cash business.
  25. Manage cash flow (shipping charges collected for DOM and EXP shipments).
  26. Settle cash on daily basis.
  27. Achieve GP and Revenue Target that are set for the outlet.

Eligibility criteria

  1. Bachelor's degree Holder (preferably Logistics/ Supply chain).
  2. Retail Management Experience (4-5 years).
  3. Fluent English & Arabic Language.
  4. Excellent Communication Skills.
  5. Excellent Problem Solving Skills.
  6. Innovative person.
  7. Customer Oriented.
  8. Team Player.
