Job Opportunity in Egypt: Control Tower Executive at Aramex

Aramex is offering a job opportunity as a Control Tower Executive to join the team in Alexandria, Egypt. 

1. Adhere to Customer Service Policies and Procedures to maximize the customer
2. Manage daily customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
3. Manage the Global Case System and make sure all customer inquiries/requests are
4. logged into the system and resolved within the required service level agreement.
5. Interact regularly with customers to understand and respond to their needs and get
6. feedback on the service provided.
7. Monitor the changing needs of the service, liaising with customers and frontline, to
8. Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for service improvement and implementing those improvements.
9. Responsible for SRN creation & Follow up, follow up on cases/complaints.
10. Manage shipment in and out movement through the warehouse management system and other systems if required.
11. Preparing documents for in and out movement.
12. Utilize various transportation provider software systems, to facilitate material movement planning and scheduling.
13. Prepare and update monthly logistics, schedule to assure deliveries to production locations. Coordinate product delivery schedules with customers.
14. Coordinate daily activity to track the location and movement of inventory. Provide reports to internal and external customers as required.
15. Assist in obtaining necessary transportation permits for inbound and outbound shipments.
16. Expedites all critical orders with local subcontract vendors.
17. Works closely with providers to assure efficient and effective execution of defined processes and goods transportation.
18. Organizes and maintains hard copy and electronic documentation supporting order fulfillment .
19. Re-routes freight as needed by the customer.
20. Answers questions regarding sourcing from internal and external customers as needed.
21. Verifies inventory locations and availability for shipment against requirements specified in purchase orders.

1. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering.
2. Fluent English & Arabic Language.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Excellent problem solving skills.

7. Leadership.
8. 0 - 1 years of experience.
