Opportunity description

Aramex is offering a job opportunity as a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the team in El Giza, Egypt. 

Duties & responsibilities

  1. Responsible for recruitment process as per manpower plan from contacting, assessing, interviewing and short list candidates.
  2. Creating job posts & market for the jobs.
  3. Screen applicants & matching them against the needed criteria.
  4. Arranging Interviews & coordinate for the whole interviewing process, for Technical interviews & finals.
  5. Assessing the candidates according to the needed skills by using different type of assessment tools.
  6. Creation of offer letters to candidates.
  7. Handling the process for onboarding for the new joiners.
  8. Handling mass hiring campaigns.
  9. Responsible for attrition analysis reports & action plans.
  10. Follow the needed SLA for each job grade in hiring.
  11. Assessing the HR team in performance appraisal part.
  12. Handling System entries for onboarding.
  13. Responsible for hiring reports analysis & updates.
  14. Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements.
  15. Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience.
  16. Lead employer branding initiatives.
  17. Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.

Eligibility criteria

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or relevant / HR Diploma is a plus.
  2. Minimum of 2-3 years of Recruitment is a requirement.
  3. CBI interview technique Knowledge.
  4. Passionate & self-motivated person.
  5. Fluent English (Speaking, writing and listening).
  6. Good Project Management skills.
  7. Microsoft office.
  8. Problem solving skills.
  9. Ability to work under pressure.
  10. Logistics, transportation, Shipping industry Experience is a plus.
