Duties & responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of prospective major donors.
- Develop strategies for major fundraising initiatives.
- Organize meetings and events with donors and funding partners.
- Support humanitarian and development campaigns led by CARE USA.
- Prepare and update donor information using Salesforce.
- Collaborate with different CARE teams to strengthen funding opportunities and partnerships.
Eligibility criteria
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in fundraising.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Experience in project and event management is considered an advantage.
- Knowledge of Salesforce or donor relationship management systems.
- Ability to build professional relationships with donors and partners.
