Opportunity description

Al Futtaim is offering a job opportunity as the Head of Sales to Egyptian nationals to join the team in Cairo. 

Duties & responsibilities

  1. Manages sales team activities and ensures meeting residential units’ and revenues sales objectives.
  2. Remains current on industry trends, market activities, and issues periodical reports covering competition activities, products diversities, competition performance, and prices together with identifying product improvements or new products.
  3. Develops and implements new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to capture key clients and investors and provides suggestions for marketing campaigns and events.
  4. Produces regular sales reports analyzing performance versus target providing an action plan for achieving annual targets and commenting on subordinates’ performance.
  5. Analyses lead and channels of sale, and supports in developing and defining sales strategies and policies.
  6. Directs, coaches, and trains the sales team to achieve sales targets and assists the team in assigning brokers and training their staff to transfer product knowledge and Company’s vision, concepts, and regulations in local and international markets.
  7. Ensures progress of team activities in producing reservations collecting deposits uploading to Yardi and coordinates between related departments; legal, finance, development to follow-up on progress.

Eligibility criteria

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Mass Communication, or any relevant field.
  2. 10-15 years of experience in Sales in Real-Estate projects - especially residential.
  3. Proficient use of Microsoft Applications and Yardi.
  4. Fluency in both Arabic & English is required.
