Al Futtaim is offering a full-time job opportunity as an HR Executive to join the team in Cairo, Egypt.

1. Provide efficient HR function that delivers proactive and business focused HR advice and services.
2. Implementing HR functions by providing HR services including HR letters and Administration work for HR
3. Completing special projects by clarifying project objective; setting timetables and schedules; conducting research; developing and organizing information; fulfilling transactions.
4. Prepare all requested reports.
5. Understand customer requirements and meet global service level agreements and timelines.
6. Ensure agreed targets are met in line with the HR Plan and customer services standards.
7. Ensure that all HR services is processed and in timely manner and under control and compliant to labour law
8. Deliver HR transactions to the businesses ensuring all deadlines are met and customers are satisfied with the level of service.

1. University graduate, preferably with business administration major.
2. 0-2 years of experience.
3. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
4. Team work oriented.
5. Attentive to details.
6. Capable of working under stress.
