Duties & responsibilities
- Assist students in selecting books appropriate for their age groups and interests
- Organize book borrowing processes and maintain lending records
- Prepare reading lists for different age groups
- Teach students how to use the library and the Dewey Decimal System
- Manage requests for purchasing books and educational magazines
- Catalog books electronically and organize library collections
- Maintain old books and manage audio-visual materials
- Provide academic resources and previous exam materials for students
- Supervise and maintain an organized, attractive, and comfortable library environment
- Train and supervise library staff or volunteers
