Vodafone Company is offering an internship opportunity in Budapest, Hungary for German Speakers. The internship will be at VOIS, the engine that powers Vodafone around the world. This is a six-month long Internship position which helps you to gain knowledge about the processes of a multinational company.

• Manage queries of Account Managers and Business Partners coming from different categories of the company’s service catalog and answering those via email
• Ensure that incoming requests are fulfilled within the agreed SLAs and in proper quality
• Generate reports from different tools periodically and on demand and share them with  relevant stakeholders.
• Participate in different projects regarding activity scope extension, efficiencies, or process improvements.
• Discovering the universe of back office project support and bid management support if interested.

To be eligible, you must:

• Have a full time active university semester now and for the upcoming 7 months.
• Are self-confident in German communication in written format, and you speak English on an intermediate level.
• Are familiar with MS Outlook and you are keen on working with many different IT tools and platforms.
• Are able to work alone and you are not lost in details, but on the other hand, you like working in a team.
