Kenz'up is seeking a Product Manager to join their dynamic fintech startup in Casablanca, Morocco. The company specializes in financial services and cashback solutions, featuring a flagship digital cashback application designed to enhance customer retention. The organization aims to support the national financial inclusion strategy and improve the daily lives of millions through a wide range of financial services.
Duties & responsibilities
Leading the product strategy definition in collaboration with the leadership team.
Gaining a perfect understanding of all user personas' needs and problems to solve.
Operating with a customer-centric and customer-first orientation.
Ensuring products are built with an outcome-driven mindset (focusing on KPI impact) rather than merely an output-driven one.
Defining and slicing down initiatives to the highest possible ICE score to ensure the fastest go-to-market and feedback collection.
Collaborating daily with Engineering and UX team members to ensure extreme clarity and alignment on the product's vision and execution.
Maintaining constant alignment with Marketing, Business Development, and Operations teams to ensure optimal product communication and deployment.
Eligibility criteria
Proven experience in managing mass consumer products.
Extremely precise and concise communication skills, both spoken and written, in English and French.
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
Experience working in a highly agile mode and utilizing lean methodologies.
Relevant experience in fast-paced product environments.
Familiarity with OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) is highly desirable.
Proficiency in using AI tools for daily tasks.
