Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Political Science, Law, International Relations, Development Studies, or a related field

- The position is generally intended for Jordanians or individuals with legal residency and a valid work permit in Jordan.

Duties & responsibilities
- Support the design and implementation of governance and social cohesion programmes.
- Prepare studies, analyses, and research related to public policies.
- Follow up on project implementation and prepare performance and results reports.
- Coordinate with government entities, international organizations, and partners.
- Support monitoring and evaluation activities and risk management processes.
- Prepare presentations, documents, and policy papers.
- Contribute to partnership building and resource mobilization efforts.
- Support knowledge management and institutional communication activities.
