The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) is seeking a Project & Innovation Analyst to join its Digital, AI and Innovation Hub in Bonn, Germany. The selected candidate will support project management, innovation initiatives, and digital transformation efforts, while contributing to data analysis, dashboard development, and the implementation of digital and innovation-driven programmes across UNDP.

• Support the planning and implementation of innovation and digital transformation projects.
• Monitor project implementation and help ensure the achievement of objectives and expected results.
• Analyze data and develop dashboards, reports, and performance indicators.
• Create tools and analytical reports to support evidence-based decision-making.
• Contribute to the organization of events, workshops, and knowledge-sharing activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams, partners, and key stakeholders.
• Document project results, lessons learned, and support institutional knowledge management.

• Master’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Innovation, Economics, or a related field.
• Alternatively, a Bachelor’s degree with at least two years of relevant professional experience.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in data analysis, project management, innovation, or related areas is highly desirable.
• Experience in developing dashboards, monitoring tools, and performance tracking systems is considered an advantage.
