Duties & responsibilities
- Supervise the project team and ensure smooth implementation of tasks.
- Monitor the quality of communication with beneficiaries through the project helpline.
- Carry out administrative tasks and support daily workflow operations.
- Develop project-related tools and operational procedures.
- Monitor project documentation, data management, and archiving processes.
- Support management in budget monitoring, reporting, and analytical tasks.
- Coordinate with different project teams and activities to ensure objectives are achieved efficiently.
Eligibility criteria
- High school diploma with 3 years of experience, or a university degree in Administration, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
- Previous experience in administrative work or project management.
- Ability to work effectively within a multicultural environment.
- Good computer and office application skills.
- Fluency in English and Greek, both written and spoken.
- Strong organizational, communication, and team management skills.
