Duties & responsibilities
- Teaching Psychology and Sociology to secondary school students following the British curriculum (GCSE / A-Level)
- Preparing modern and interactive lesson plans tailored to students’ needs
- Continuously assessing student performance and tracking academic progress
- Enhancing students’ critical thinking and analytical skills
- Using innovative teaching strategies in the classroom
- Managing the classroom effectively and ensuring a positive learning environment
- Participating in school activities and academic meetings
- Collaborating with the teaching team to improve education quality
- Communicating with parents when needed to monitor student progress
Eligibility criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Sociology, or a related field
- Recognized teaching qualification (PGCE / B.Ed or equivalent)
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience
- Experience teaching the British Curriculum (GCSE / A-Level)
- UAE experience is preferred
- Strong communication skills and effective classroom management
