Recruitment Internship for Students at Mckinsey & Company in the Netherlands

McKinsey & Company is offering a one-year Recruiting Internship opportunity in Digital and Analytics to join the team in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. 

1. You will play an active part in the creation and implementation of our recruiting strategy for McKinsey Digital. 
2. As an intern, you will support the lead Digital recruiting team in all administrative facets of consultant recruiting, from resume processing to event organization.  
3. You will work closely with senior recruiters who specialize in technology and analytics profiles on the full recruitment cycle, which includes attraction, selection and offer.
4. You will serve as a key contact for candidates throughout the assessment process.
5. As part of this, you will help create and drive on- and offline recruiting events and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and HR.
6. You will help find creative ways to identify passive talent utilizing internal and external databases, internet searches and other sourcing tools, and develop best-in-class sourcing skills
7. You will also support the team with management and analysis of relevant department data and systems. Lastly, you will work on ad-hoc recruitment projects.

1. Active student on BSc or MSc University: STEM studies, Psychology or HR-related disciplines preferred.
2. Excellent English language skills (oral and written - C1 minimum).
3. Strong customer service orientation.
4. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
5. Strong interest in the digital world, keen to follow industry trends and savvy enough to “talk shop” with technical people.
6. Ability to work collaboratively in team environment and function independently.
7. Excellent administrative and organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
8. Demonstrated track record of maturity and professionalism.
9. Attention to detail, methodical and organized.
10. Availability to work full-time for 6 to 12 months, with possibility of extending a permanent offer.
