Recruitment Internship for University Students at Dell in Slovakia

Dell is offering a Recruitment Internship for university students who are fluent in English and German, to join the team in Slovakia for 2022. 

1. Coordinate all formalities related to candidate screenings and interviews for various positions.
2. Support recruiters with administration and with search for candidates via various channels (job boards, social media, University Relations etc.).
3. Work on projects, brings creative ideas and their implementation.
4. Have limited interaction with hiring managers.

1. University full-time student in 2nd/3rd/4th year.
2. Fluent English and German (written and spoken).
3. Team player and pro-active approach as well as drive for results.
4. Flexible approach towards different situations.

Desirable Requirements:

1. Highly organized personality, being able to set priorities.
2. Ability to handle stress and multitasking.
