Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
- Or a bachelor’s degree with additional professional experience

Duties & responsibilities
- Lead and monitor infrastructure rehabilitation projects.
- Prepare technical specifications and Bills of Quantities (BoQs) for engineering projects.
- Supervise project implementation and monitor quality standards.
- Follow up on procurement processes, budgets, and technical procedures.
- Coordinate with local authorities, partners, and humanitarian organizations.
- Prepare technical, financial, and progress reports.
- Support needs assessments, monitoring, and evaluation activities.
- Contribute to resource mobilization and partnership development efforts.
Eligibility criteria
- Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
- Experience in designing, implementing, and monitoring engineering projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic management systems.
- Strong project management and coordination skills.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English, written and spoken.
