The United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) has announced an exciting job opportunity in Amman, Jordan, for the position of Senior Operations Associate (Digital Platforms) within the operations and digital platforms management team. The role aims to support digital transformation, develop data analysis tools, and improve risk and operations management across UNICEF offices in the region.
The selected candidate will provide technical and operational support for digital platforms, develop Power BI dashboards and smart analytics, monitor operational performance, and contribute to improving digital services and data management to support humanitarian response and organizational operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical and operational support for digital platforms.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital services and platforms.
- Develop Power BI dashboards and analytics to support decision-making.
- Prepare training materials and user guidance manuals.
- Improve data management and operational risk management.
- Follow up on technical support requests and resolve technical issues.
- Contribute to the development of digital systems and operational processes.

Eligibility criteria
- High school diploma at a minimum in a relevant field.
- At least 7 years of experience in operations, technical support, data analysis, or digital platforms.
- Experience using Power BI and data analytics tools.
- Strong skills in managing digital systems and platforms.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English.
- Experience with SharePoint, APIs, or Power Automate is considered an added advantage.
