An international job opportunity with UNICEF in Istanbul – Turkey 2026 as a Wellbeing Officer within the Human Resources and Staff Wellbeing Division. The role offers the opportunity to work with the United Nations Children’s Fund in developing mental health and workplace wellbeing programmes, as well as managing psychological support platforms and resources for employees within an international and multicultural environment.

Duties & responsibilities
- Develop and update wellbeing and mental health resources and programmes.
- Manage SharePoint and AGORA platforms related to workplace wellbeing.
- Coordinate global campaigns and events related to mental health.
- Support psychological support programmes and Wellness Advocates initiatives within UNICEF.
- Prepare reports and statistics related to staff wellbeing.
- Coordinate meetings and activities for the global psychological support team.
- Support training programmes and Mental Health First Aid initiatives.
- Contribute to building a healthy and positive work environment for employees.
Eligibility criteria
- University degree in:
- Psychology
- Or a related psychological/social field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in:
- Mental health programmes
- Project management
- Administrative support within an international organization or a large company
- Proficiency in English.
- Good skills in:
- SharePoint
- PowerPoint
- Excel
- Canva
- Knowledge of another United Nations language such as Arabic or French is considered an additional advantage.
