Opportunity description

The Board of Admissions at Boston University is offering its Presidential Scholarship to the incoming first-year students or the transfer students who demonstrate exceptional academic achievement and want to start their studies at Boston University. In addition to being among Boston University's most academically talented students, Presidential Scholars demonstrate excellence beyond the classroom and are leaders in their schools and communities. This $25,000 tuition scholarship is renewable for up to four years of undergraduate study at the university.

Requirements:

  • To be eligible for this Scholarship, you must:
  1. Rank in the top 5% of your high school class.
  2. Have SAT scores above 1500 and ACT scores above 33.
  3. Have shown incredible extracurricular achievements in your school and community.
  4. Be an incoming first-year student at Boston University.
  • International students are considered for this scholarship.

  1. College of Engineering.
  2. College of Arts & Sciences.
  3. College of Fine Arts.
  4. College of Communication.
  5. College of General Studies.
  6. College of Health & Rehabilitation Sciences.
  7. College of Global Studies.
  8. College of Education & Human Development.
  9. Questrom School of Business.
  10. School of Hospitality Administration.

The Scholarship provides the student with $25,000 and is renewable for up to four years of undergraduate study at the university.

Required Documents:

  • If you apply as a first-year student, you must submit the following:-
    1. Secondary School Records.
    2. English Proficiency Testing Results.
    3. Documentation of Financial Support.
    4. Copy of Data Page of Passport.
  • If you apply as a transfer student, you must submit the following:-
    1. College Transcript(s).
    2. Transfer Report(s).
    3. High School Transcript and Proof of Graduation.
