<p>To recognize academic achievement and to attract the best science students from across the globe, the Faculty of Science at Strathclyde in the UK is offering a range of <a href="https://www.for9a.com/en/opportunity/category/Scholarships" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"><strong>scholarships</strong></a> for international students.</p><h3><strong>Value of scholarship:&nbsp;</strong></h3><p>&pound;3000 scholarships towards course tuition fees are available in each year of study of a full-time <a href="https://www.for9a.com/en/opportunity/category/Scholarships/PhD" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"><strong>Ph.D.</strong></a> program</p><h3><strong>Majors included:</strong></h3><p>Chemistry, Computer and information sciences, Mathematics and statistics, Pharmacy and biomedical sciences, Physics, Forensic science.</p><h3><strong>Eligibility</strong>:</h3><p>To apply for a Science Elite scholarship, candidates must:</p><ol><li>be available to commence their academic studies in the UK by the start of the academic year in September/October.&nbsp;</li><li>hold an offer of study on a course at the University of Strathclyde</li><li>be paying full international fees</li></ol><p><strong>Note:&nbsp;</strong>Some scholarships have restrictions on other funding you can accept. This means that you if you are awarded two Strathclyde scholarships you will have to decide which scholarship to accept.&nbsp;</p><h3><strong>The University of Strathclyde</strong></h3><p>The University of Strathclyde was established by Royal Charter in 1964, with a history dating back to 1796 and the founding of Anderson&#39;s Institute.
