The University of Oxford in the <a href="https://www.for9a.com/en/country/opportunity" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">United Kingdom</a> is offering <a href="https://www.for9a.com/opportunity/category/scholarships/Scholarships" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">scholarships</a> to undergraduate students with an offer from the university. A number of Reach Oxford scholarships are offered to students from low-income countries who, for political or financial reasons, or because suitable educational facilities do not exist, cannot study for a degree in their own countries.<h3>Duration:&nbsp;</h3>3 or 4 years depending on course length.

Course fees, a grant for living costs, and one return air fare per year.&nbsp;<h3>Number:&nbsp;&nbsp;</h3>Around 2-3 awards per year.

<ul><li>The applicant must be a citizen of one of the following countries: Comoros, Djibouti, <a href="https://www.for9a.com/en/country/opportunity" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Egypt</a>, Iraq, <a href="https://www.for9a.com/en/country/opportunity" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Jordan</a>, Lebanon, Libya, Mauritania, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Tunisia, Yemen.</li><li>This scheme is only suitable for candidates who have received an offer and who are of the highest academic ability.&nbsp;</li><li>Financial need and social commitment are also major criteria for selection.&nbsp;</li><li>Applicants should be intending to return to their country of ordinary residence following their studies.&nbsp;</li><li>Priority will be given to students who have not studied at the undergraduate level before.</li><li>Scholars will be expected to write an annual report about their academic and social activities, and achievements at the University.</li><li>Receipt of the award in subsequent years is subject to satisfactory academic progress.</li><li>The scholarship is available in all subjects listed in <a href="https://www.ox.ac.uk/admissions/undergraduate/courses/course-listing" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">this link</a> except medicine.</li></ul><h3>About the University of Oxford:</h3>As the oldest university in the English-speaking world, Oxford is a unique and historic institution.
