Salto Youth is offering a training Program which provides participants with an introduction to Transnational Erasmus+ Virtual Exchange Projects through a learning-by-doing approach. The Training for Youth Organisations is a project based learning course where youth workers from different countries and organisations collaborate to develop, draft and implement Transnational Exchange Projects (TEPs).
The objectives of the training:
The aim of this trianing is to introduce youth workers to Virtual Exchange through project based and experiential learning.
Participants profile:
No previous experience is required, although trainees must be supported by a youth organisation, as an integral part of the course is creating a Erasmus+ Virtual Exchange project and implementing it.
Funding:
There is no Participation fee, this course is fully funded by the European Commision.

SALTO-YOUTH is a network of six Resource Centres working on European priority areas within the youth field. As part of the European Commission's Training Strategy, SALTO-YOUTH provides non-formal learning resources for youth workers and youth leaders and organizes training and contact-making activities to support organizations and National Agencies ( NAs) within the frame of the European Commission's Erasmus+ Youth program and beyond.
