Chatham House is offering an online volunteer opportunity for anyone between 18 and 30 years old who is currently living in an African or European country. Common Futures Conversations’ online platform will help you to develop your ideas on key global challenges like climate change, conflict or inequality. You will engage with experts, discuss your own experiences with friends from across the continents.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Anyone between 18 and 30 years old who is currently living in an African or European country.
- A passionate and engaged people who are active in their local communities
- You will not be required to have a university degree in a related field or have a career in policy.
- You will need a working knowledge of English to participate.
About Chatham House:
The Queen Elizabeth II Academy for Leadership in International Affairs was formally launched by the patron of Chatham House, Her Majesty The Queen, on 18 November 2014. It offers potential leaders from around the world the opportunity to get involved and contribute to the work which Chatham House does. Academy fellowships provide emerging leaders at the mid-point of their careers with the opportunity to develop their skills and knowledge, publish, speak at events, expand their personal networks, and further develop an understanding of critical issues in international affairs, which will enable them to contribute to positive change in their home countries and broader region.
