Online Volunteer Opportunity for the UN: Support with UX /UI Designs of a Cloud-based ERP School Management Software and Apps

The United Nations ,in cooperation with the Association for Solidarity and Socio-Sanitary Assistance (ASASS), is offering an online volunteer opportunity to provide support with UX /UI Designs of a Cloud-based ERP School Management software and Apps.

Background and Objectives:-

• Our children protection through education project helps children to get access to quality education by helping teachers to save time by using websites with easy to use tools.

• ASASS is working to develop an all in one multi management software to be hosted in the cloud for enabling all public private partner schools which educate children in Burundi to use apps and or tablet or desktop computer to manage classrooms, attendance, colander and organise school management department. 

• ASASS will ensure all teachers don't waste time anymore in paper workloads, calling and marking attendance by pen on papers. Management department will have a front office and bus and routes to track attendances. Parents will be able to follow academic performance of children, pay tuition fees via mobile phone and communicate with schools.

Requirements:-

• Provide a link to your previous UX/UI Designs of Apps and Management software.

• Able to provide ASASS end products of a cloud based multi management web software compatible with any Desktop computer, Web , tablet, and any mobile devices in Adobe XD files , CSS files, JS file, SQL, HTML files with a responsive layout compatible with Angular, JS, Bootstrap 4.X and others. 

• Proficiency in the Adobe product suite- Adobe XD, in Sketch, Invision, Figma or others.

Tasks:-

• In 14 days or less, you design a responsive UX and UI of cloud-based ERP multi management System software with apps. 

• You will provide ASASS with end products of a cloud based multi management web software compatible with any Desktop computer, Web , tablet, and any mobile devices in Adobe XD files , CSS files, JS file, SQL, HTML files with a responsive layout compatible with Angular, JS, Bootstrap 4.X and others. ASASS is helping children in various schools as a means to keep them to schools. 

• ASASS helps teachers get easy to use tools with useful functionalities.  ASASS will provide you a sample image of UX and UI, but you can come up with your suggestions. ASASS will also provide a list of features and modules. You will design Responsive dashboard, features, users admin panels, and data tables. 

• ASASS will provide you links to similar designs, screenshots and you can customise. It will be all in one and multi management software and apps. ASASS will give details, project ideas and provide its current version.
