The United Nations is offering an online volunteer opportunity in Google Analytics Enhanced Implementation. The online volunteer will be assisting the Partnerships, Policy and Communications unit of the UN Capital Development Fund (UNCDF) to refine the organization’s Google Analytics tracking system.
Tasks:
- You will be assisting the Partnerships, Policy and Communications unit of the UN Capital Development Fund (UNCDF) to refine the organization’s Google Analytics tracking system.
- This support will help to improve how UNCDF fully leverages Google Analytics capabilities and in particular the following:
- Tracking code.
- Data Layer.
- Configuration.
- Views/Filters.
- Campaign Tracking.
- Spambots.
- Self-Referrals.
- Google Ads & Search Console Linking.
- Internal Search.
- Events.
- Goals.
- Page Tracking.
- Reports.
- Tags.
- Pageload.
- Webpage Compressions.
- Heatmaps.
- SEO
- Keyword.
- Under the guidance and supervision of the Knowledge Management and Communication Analyst, and working closely with the Partnerships and Communications Specialist, you will be supporting the implementation of the communications workplan for 2020, including various related tasks to digital and online communications, branding and knowledge management.
- The incumbent will receive due credit for their contributions via the Online Volunteers platform.
Requirements:
The online volunteer must be:
- An advanced user of Google Analytics.
- Fluent in English.
- With experience in setting up and configuring Google Analytics and be familiar with: Google Analytics Reports, Google Data Studio, Google Tag Manager, Site Audit / Speed Improvements Compress Images, Google Adwords / Campaign / Optimization, Heatmaps SEO Audit, Keyword Audit.
