WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management in Germany invites students with a bachelor’s degree to apply for the full-time and part-time Master of Business Administration program, which will be funded in the form of tuition fee reduction. 

Full-time Master of Business Administration program:

The full-time Master of Business Administration program starts at the beginning of April and September each year. Before the program starts, students can attend online preparation courses in which they are able to refresh their knowledge of mathematics, statistics and economics. The 12-month program ends with the submission of the final thesis of the following year. The program’s period is split into modules, and students provide proof of their knowledge during the study program in the form of case solutions, project work, presentations and of written exams. Within the General Management program, students may deepen their knowledge in the fields of:

[1] Marketing, Sales, Innovation and Entrepreneurship

[2] Advanced Finance and Accounting

[3] Strategy and Organization

[4] Personal Leadership (compulsory)

Part-time Master of Business Administration program:

The part-time Master of Business Administration program starts at the beginning of September and has a duration of 24 months. Core courses as well as concentration courses are integrated in different modules. The first academic year encompasses the following three core modules: Core Module 1 (The World Economy, Financial Accounting, Managerial Finance), Core Module 2 (Economics of Corporate and Competitive Strategy, Corporate Finance, Operations Management) and Core Module 3 (Marketing, Strategic Sourcing, Management Accounting). The knowledge acquired during this period will be intensified and enhanced in two courses each of the following concentration modules: 

[1] Marketing, Sales, Innovation and Entrepreneurship

[2] Advanced Finance and Accounting

[3] Strategy and Organization

Eligibility criteria:

[1] A first degree (Bachelor or equivalent)

[2] Two years postgraduate work experience

[3] TOEFL (minimum of 100 IBT) or equivalent IELTS (7.0), if English is not the applicant's native language. The WHU TOEFL recipient code is: 0682

[4] GMAT score (A minimum score of 600 is recommended) or equivalent GRE. The WHU GMAT recipient code is FBR-FH-02, and the WHU GRE recipient code is 7175.

What the scholarship covers:

Applicants who submit their full application (including TOEFL/IELTS and GMAT/GRE scores) early will benefit from the early bird offer. For the April 2019 intake, the first early bird offer deadline will be on August 31, 2018 and will be in the form of a €5,000 reduction. For the September 2019 intake, the second early bird offer deadline will be on October 31, 2018 and will be in the form of a €3,000 reduction.
