Opportunity description
Film Free Way invites filmmakers around the world to participate in the Prato Film Festival in Italy which dedicated to Cinema and International Comedy. The festival this year includes a screening of short and feature films in multiple sections. It will be held from 26 to 31 July 2022

- Human Rights - international.
- Short World (comedy and drama) - international.
- Short Italy.

Eligibility criteria
- The longest duration admitted for short films is 15 minutes
- The oldest production year admitted is 2020.
- Each participant can send one work per section at the most.
- Each author will be considered responsible for the content of the presented film.
- Definite dates and/or locations choice is at the discretion of the festival artistic direction.
- Within May 2022 the winners will be informed about the prizes and they have to confirm their presence within 15 days.
- Accommodation is foreseen only for the winners (half-board and lodging, one night in a single/double room).
- Transport expenses will not be refunded.
- The festival invites all the winners to be present during the award ceremony. If this is not possible, their absence is considered as a waiver to the award, and the festival organization will be entitled to reward the second work on the list designated by the jury.
- Through this regulation signature, the Author allows Events Production to publish photos and news concerning its own works on daily, weekly, and monthly publications and festival catalog, in order to promote the festival. Besides, the Author allows Events Production to show 2/3 minutes of the film during other national/international movie screenings, also through tv and the internet, against no reward.
- The Festival management is not responsible for theft, damages, or loss of works.
- Participation in the competition implies the full acceptance and respect of this regulation in every part of it.
