SA.FI.TER Festival for Short Films about Comedy and Human Rights in Italy and the Chance to Win Valuable Prizes

Film Free Way invites filmmakers around the world to participate in the SA.FI.TER. PUGLIA ON THE ROAD Festival, which is held in Italy, about human rights and a comedy short film.

Rules & Terms:

• The longest duration admitted is 15 minutes and the oldest production year admitted is 2019. 
• Each participant can send one work per section at the most.
• Each author will be considered responsible for the content of the presented film; in no case, neither the organizers nor the jury will be.
• The festival will take place in various Apulian towns. Final dates and/or place choice is at the discretion of the festival art direction. The program submitted may be subject to variations not depending on the proposer but due to force majeure.
• Within May 2021 the winners will be informed about the prizes and they have to confirm their presence at the festival within 15 days.
• The festival invites all the winners to be present during the award ceremony. If this is not possible, their absence is considered as a waiver to the award, and the festival organization will be entitled to reward the second work on the list as designated by the jury.
• Accommodation is foreseen only for the winners (half-board and lodging, one night in a single/double room). Transport expenses (flight, car, train, etc.…) will not be refunded.
• Through this regulation signature, the Author allows Events Production to publish photos and news concerning its own works on daily, weekly, and monthly publications and festival catalog, in order to promote also this festival. Besides, the Author allows Events Production to partially show the short film during other national/international movie projections, also through tv and the internet, against no reward.
• The author prohibits the use of its own works in a context that could compromise its own dignity, exonerating Events Production henceforth from any responsibility in case of improper use of its works by third parties.
• The festival management is not responsible for theft, damages, or loss of works.
• This regulation is written in Italian and English language: in case of linguistic misunderstanding about the translation, the Italian language will have the prevalence.
• Your data will be kept according to the Italian law and GDPR EU 2016/679. The person in charge Romeo Conte.
