This program offers opportunities for young Syrian refugees to study in graduate courses for their <a href="https://www.for9a.com/en/opportunity/category/Scholarships/Master" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"><strong>Master&#39;s&nbsp;</strong></a>courses at Japanese universities.
