<p>Tomorrow&rsquo;s Leaders (TL), part of The U.S.-Middle East Partnership Initiative (MEPI), offers fully-funded <a href="https://www.for9a.com/en/opportunity/category/Scholarships/Bachelor" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"><strong>bachelor scholarships</strong></a> academically qualified, financially disadvantaged high school graduates in the Middle East and North Africa. The scholarship lasts for four years in addition to civic education, and leadership development through American accredited institutions in the region.</p><h3>Eligibility Criteria:</h3><ul><li>Applicants must be citizens of Algeria, <a href="https://www.for9a.com/en/country/Jordan" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"><strong>Jordan</strong></a>, Lebanon, Morocco, Tunisia, Syria (only Syrians residing outside of Syria), and Yemen, and cannot hold U.S. citizenship or be a <a href="https://www.for9a.com/en/country/United-States" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"><strong>U.S.</strong></a> Legal Permanent Resident.</li><li>Applicants must be a current high school senior or graduated from high school in 2019.</li><li>Applicants must have strong academic credentials.</li><li>Applicants must have a minimum of 55 TOEFL iBT scores and the date of obtaining it shall not exceed two years.</li><li>Maturity, flexibility and leadership potential.</li><li>Applicants must maintain a high GPA.</li><li>Applicants must have the ability to start the program in August/September of 2020.</li></ul><h3>Benefits<span dir="RTL">:</span></h3><ul><li>The program covers university tuition and fees, insurance, housing, and monthly allowance.</li><li>Students requiring English preparatory work may be enrolled in one to two semesters of college preparatory English classes before entering degree programs.</li><li>In addition to receiving undergraduate education, students will benefit from mentoring, career development, internship, and micro-grant opportunities from non-governmental organizations and networks.</li><li>Facilitated by each host institution, students participate in initiatives throughout their &lrm;academic programs that go beyond the traditional classroom to foster leadership development and encourage civic engagement.</li></ul><h3>About MEPI:&nbsp;</h3><p>Aiming to advance stability and prosperity in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA), the Middle East Partnership Initiative (MEPI) program supports governments and their citizens to achieve shared political, economic and stability objectives.
