UN Volunteers platform is offering an online volunteer opportunity: Research on Sustainable Environmental Management. They are looking for creative and motivated online volunteers to support Working Group on Sustainable Environmental Management. The volunteers will be responsible for supporting efforts to calculate OHCHR’s global environmental. The volunteers will build upon the existing measurement of the carbon footprint of OHCHR done for its HQ in Geneva, using Carbon Footprint Measurement .
Volunteer duration and working hours:
20+ hours per week / 24 weeks
Eligibility criteria:
- Candidates should be have previous research experience with good verbal and written communication skills.
- A degree in environmental sustainability or related field is considered an asset.
- English Language
- Knowledge of French or Spanish is an asset.
Volunteer task:
- The volunteers will be responsible for supporting efforts to calculate OHCHR’s global environmental footprint.
