Volunteering Opportunity in Media and Communication for Palestinians in Palestine 2018

Threshold towards Art for Arts, Media and Training, based in Palestine, is interested in recruiting a volunteer in the media and communication to work on its various projects, provided that the volunteer is a resident of the West Bank. The volunteering period is six months (10 hours per week and in flexible times) renewable depending on the volunteer's desire and performance level. The work in Palestine will be from the volunteer's location.

Responsibilities of the Volunteer:

[1] Contributing to the development and implementation of information and communication plans for the Foundation.

[2] Management and development of social networking pages for the threshold of art and increase the number of followers (Facebook / YouTube / Twitter, etc.).

[3] Updating the art threshold website constantly.

[4] Coverage of the activities carried out by the Foundation on social networking sites.

[5] Producing short videos and publish them on social media according to a plan agreed upon in advance with the management of the institution.

[6] Designing of publications and avant-garde both for the work of the art threshold or on the topics on which art thresholds are applied and disseminated to social networking sites.

[7] Contributing to the writing of news and press releases, reports, interviews and press stories and published in the Palestinian and Arab news and newspapers.

[8] Coordination with different media for conducting interviews.

[9] Contributing to documenting the activities and activities of the Foundation in Palestine.

[10] Producing a bulletin every three months about the activities and achievements of the art threshold and publish it through e-mail.

The volunteer must have:

[1] The ability to write press releases.

[2] The ability to use social networking sites.

[3] The ability to capture and edit video.

[4] The ability to communicate and communicate.
