International Volunteering Opportunity with United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Turkey 2026 to work as an AI Solutions Developer in Istanbul within the Innovation and Digital Transformation team. The opportunity targets young people interested in artificial intelligence, machine learning, software development, and digital transformation, while providing a monthly living allowance, health insurance, and international experience within the United Nations in the field of emerging technologies and digital innovation.

Duties & responsibilities
- Supporting the development of artificial intelligence solutions, models, and automation systems.
- Contributing to the review of AI-related technical projects.
- Developing tools and prototypes using Python and AI technologies.
- Preparing technical documentation and training presentations.
- Supporting country offices and partners in digital transformation projects.
- Contributing to regional AI training programs and initiatives.
- Supporting knowledge management and automation tools within United Nations Development Programme.
- Participating in assessing digital project needs and providing technical support.
Eligibility criteria
- Applicants must be nationals of Uzbekistan only.
- Applicants must be between 18 and 30 years old.
- Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s degree or be in their final year of study in one of the following fields: computer science, software engineering, artificial intelligence, data science, applied mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Advanced English language proficiency is required.
- Proficiency in Russian or Uzbek is preferred.
- Strong skills in Python and AI libraries are preferred.
- Interest in artificial intelligence, machine learning, or software development is required.
