SALTO-YOUTH has announced the opening of applications to participate in an international seminar titled “All In,” which will take place in Mostar, Bosnia and Herzegovina, from October 19 to 24, 2026.
The seminar focuses on the role of youth work in promoting democratic values and positive attitudes within local communities, especially amid increasing political and social polarization and the challenges facing democracy in Europe and neighboring regions.
The program aims to bring together youth workers from different countries to exchange experiences, discuss ethical and political challenges in youth work, and explore practical ways to support youth participation and strengthen the values of dialogue, citizenship, diversity, and social responsibility.

Eligibility criteria
To apply for the seminar, applicants must belong to one of the following categories:
- Youth workers.
- Youth project managers.
- Practitioners working directly with young people in local communities.
- Individuals interested in promoting democratic values through youth work.
Applicants must also meet the following requirements:
- Be 18 years old or older.
- Be involved in local youth work and work directly with young people.
- Be committed to promoting democratic values through their youth activities.
- Be interested in trying new approaches and applying them later in local work.
- Be willing to build future relationships and partnerships around the topic of protecting democratic values.
- Be able to participate for the full duration of the activity, including the follow-up phase after the seminar.
- Be able to communicate in English.
- Be from one of the Erasmus+ Youth Programme countries or neighboring partner countries of the European Union.
