Opportunity description
The volunteering opportunity within the European Solidarity Corps (ESC) allows young people from Europe and partner countries to participate in social and cultural projects in Ankara, Turkey. The project involves working with the local community in areas such as cultural events, educational support, project management, and community outreach. The opportunity aims to develop youth skills, promote cultural exchange, and provide valuable international experience, with a Youthpass certificate awarded at the end of the project.

Eligibility criteria
- Aged between 18 and 30 years at the start of the activity (some projects allow up to 35 years).
- Legal residence in a country participating in the ESC program (European Union or partner countries).
- Member countries of the European Solidarity Corps program (e.g., France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Greece, Poland, Portugal, Croatia, etc.).
- Partner countries outside the EU participating in the program (e.g., Turkey, Albania, Serbia, Lebanon, and others depending on the announced projects).
- No extensive prior experience is required, but previous experience in youth or social work is an advantage.
- Willingness to attend pre-departure and on-site training.
