Opportunity description

DYPALL Network – Associação para o Desenvolvimento da Participação Cidadã has announced the opening of applications for a fully funded volunteering opportunity under the European Solidarity Corps (ESC) program in Portimão, Portugal. The project will run for 12 months, starting in October 2026.

This opportunity is considered one of the leading international volunteering programs for young people seeking practical experience within a European organization working in youth participation, democracy, and community engagement. Volunteers will join one of two main tracks: project management or graphic design, communications, and digital media. They will also have the opportunity to work within an international, multicultural team and contribute to the implementation of European Union-funded projects.

The volunteering opportunity in Portugal provides a non-formal learning environment that helps participants develop their professional and personal skills. Volunteers will gain experience in managing European projects, content creation, event organization, and working with civil society organizations. They will also benefit from full funding, including accommodation, a food allowance, pocket money, travel costs, and training throughout the project period.
