The program is suitable for students, young people, and others interested in Chinese language and culture who want a short-term cultural and educational exchange experience without enrolling in a full university degree program. The university notes that the scholarship is intended for applicants who wish to develop their skills in Chinese language teaching, Chinese language, and Chinese culture.
