Youth Association DRONI is hosting a group of young people to participate in a funded volunteering opportunity in Tbilisi, Georgia, through the European Solidarity Corps (ESC). This initiative is one of the most valuable international volunteering opportunities for Arab youth seeking practical experience in youth work, community engagement, and cultural exchange.
Volunteers will contribute to organizing youth events, designing interactive workshops, delivering cultural and creative activities, and promoting opportunities available through the Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps programs. They will also support the production of visual content and digital storytelling.
The opportunity allows participants to strengthen their communication, teamwork, creativity, and event organization skills while working in an international and multicultural environment.

Duties & responsibilities
- Support local projects and community events at youth centers.
- Design and test educational escape rooms.
- Organize Human Library and Eurobus activities.
- Prepare workshops on environmental issues, youth participation, diversity, and European topics.
- Organize outdoor events and cultural exchange activities.
- Promote opportunities available through the European Solidarity Corps and Erasmus+ programs.
- Design posters and social media content.
- Organize language cafés, games, and social activities.
- Lead educational sessions, group games, discussions, and reflection activities.
Eligibility criteria
- Applicants must be between 18 and 30 years old.
- Applicants must be legally residing in a country eligible to participate in the European Solidarity Corps program.
- Applications are accepted from several Arab countries, including Jordan, Palestine, Lebanon, Syria, Egypt, Algeria, Morocco, Tunisia, and Libya.
- Applicants should be motivated to participate in youth, community, and creative activities.
- An interest in cultural exchange and working with young people in an international environment is required.
- Applicants must be willing to participate in workshops, events, and educational and social activities.
- Applicants should be able to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with volunteers from different cultural backgrounds.
- Good communication skills and a willingness to learn, share ideas, and exchange experiences are required.
- Previous professional experience is not required; however, experience in youth work or volunteering is considered an advantage.
- Applicants must be willing to live in Tbilisi for the entire duration of the project and participate fully in all activities.
