Opportunity description
The Henshaw Short Story Competition is open for submissions. Participants can submit a short story on any subject with a maximum of 2,000 words. This competition is open to all age groups.
- Prizes include:
- 1st Place: £200
- 2nd Place: £100
- 3rd Place: £50
- Winning entries will be published on the Henshaw Press website and featured in their next anthology.
- Entry Fee: £6, payable via PayPal or cheque to Hobeck Books.
- Participants have the option to receive critiques for an additional £14, with free critiques available for authors aged sixteen and under.
- The deadline for submissions is 30th September 2024.
Results will be communicated by the end of October 2024.
