International Children's Rights Film Festival in its 11 Edition, and a Chance to Win Amazing Prizes

Film Freeway is pleased to announce the events of the International Children's Rights Film Festival in its 11 edition, and a competition for films on the sidelines of this festival. You should submit your films on the issue of "Children's Rights" for the "International Children's Rights Film Festival", which is organized to raise awareness about "Children's Rights" by the Children's Rights Culture and Art Association.

If your film is among the winning works, you will have one of the following prizes:

• For all films in the Festival "Official Selection", there will be festival laurels and certificates.
• For winners in all categories, filmmakers will be hosted between 11-13 November 2022 at the festival.
•  In the "Children Directors" category:
• 10 selected children filmmakers will have the opportunity to attend the Film Workshop which will be managed by Anadolu University.
•  Food, accommodation, and travel expenses within Turkey of the invited guests will be covered by the festival committee.
•  in the "Children's Rights from Adult View" category:
• The best short film to be selected by the jury will be awarded the "Best Short Film" award.
• In the "Feature Films about Children's Rights" category:
• The best feature film to be selected by the jury will be awarded the "Best Feature Film" award.

You should follow the following criteria:

• In the "Children Directors" section, directors under 18 years of age can participate with their films of any format, genre, and story.
•  In the "Children's Rights from Adult View" section, directors over 18 years of age can participate with their films about children's rights.
• The films with English subtitles should be submitted on the internet or via Filmfreeway.com.
• The applicants will be notified on 24 September 2022 if their films would be selected in the festival's official selection.
• The films will be screened in HD format. 
• Festival Committee has the right to screen the selected films without any fee.
• All films must have English subtitles. 
• Selected films must send subtitle file (.srt, .sub) to the festival mail address no later than 24 September 2022. Otherwise, they will be disqualified.
• The director or the submitter can not withdraw their film from the festival after 27 September 2022.
• The festival committee will decide whether to organize the festival online or physically, depending on the course of the Covid-19 pandemic.
• You hereby accept that clips from the festival films no longer than three minutes would be used in order to promote the festival and the film.
• You must accept the Rules and Regulations of the "International Children's Rights Film Festival".

Events Timelines:

• Opening Date: June 16, 2022.
• Regular Deadline: August 1, 2022.
• Extended Deadline: September 1, 2022.
• Notification Date: October 1, 2022.
• Event Date: November 14 – 20, 2022.
