Opportunity description
The University of British Columbia announces a number of international scholarships in Canada. These scholarships will be awarded to exceptional international students enrolled in undergraduate programs at UBC as they enter their first year at university. These scholarships will be renewable for up to three additional years of study at the university.

Eligibility criteria
You must be:
- A fresh student at UBC and came straight out of high school.
- An international student and will be studying at the University of British Columbia on a Canadian study permit (student visa). (Changes to your citizenship status will affect your eligibility for the IMES program.)
- Demonstrate exceptional academic achievement.
- Promising thinking.
- Have been involved in many extracurricular and community activities.
- Have applied to the university before January 15th.
