Volunteering Opportunity with UNICEF in Jordan 2026 under the United Nations Volunteers (UNV) program to work as a Digital Impact Specialist in Amman. The opportunity targets youth and professionals interested in information technology, digital transformation, Microsoft 365, Power BI, and digital automation, while offering a monthly living allowance, health insurance, and international work experience within the United Nations. The program allows participants to develop their technical and professional skills while contributing to digital solutions and technical services within UNICEF Jordan’s office.

Duties & responsibilities
- Interest in technology and digital transformation fields.
- Experience or knowledge in:
- Microsoft 365
- SharePoint
- Power BI
- Power Apps and Power Automate
- Technical support and cloud computing technologies
- Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
- Ability to communicate and work within an international environment.
- Proficiency in the English language.
- Commitment to the values of the United Nations and humanitarian work.
Eligibility criteria
- Providing technical support to UNICEF staff and end users.
- Supporting Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Teams systems.
- Assisting in developing digital solutions and automating internal processes.
- Supporting Power BI dashboards and data analysis tasks.
- Contributing to the management of cloud systems and Azure/Entra ID services.
- Supporting virtual conferences, meetings, and audiovisual technologies.
- Documenting technical issues and providing solutions to improve digital services.
- Contributing to strengthening digital transformation within UNICEF Jordan’s office.
