Duties & responsibilities
- Support procurement operations and manage requests and contracts.
- Monitor and execute micro-purchasing processes and vendor management tasks.
- Organize and manage events, meetings, and logistical activities.
- Support asset management, inventory control, and operational reporting.
- Prepare performance reports and contribute to improving operational processes.
- Follow up on office space requirements and administrative services.
- Support training, capacity building, and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Coordinate with different United Nations units to ensure operational efficiency.
Eligibility criteria
- Master’s degree in Administration, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field, or a Bachelor’s degree with additional relevant experience.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
- Experience in administration, logistics, procurement, or operational support.
- Strong organizational, communication, and operations management skills.
- Experience using ERP systems and Microsoft Office is considered an advantage.
- Previous experience with the United Nations or international organizations is preferred.
