Duties & responsibilities
- Support the coordination and implementation of the census communication plan and campaign.
- Prepare and follow up on the communication and outreach activity plan and schedule.
- Coordinate with the communications team at the Department of Statistics.
- Organize coordination and follow-up meetings with partners.
- Ensure that approved communication materials and messages reach volunteers on time.
- Support the coordination of a network of more than 300 volunteers.
- Update volunteer contact and distribution lists.
- Organize briefing, orientation, and coordination sessions.
- Follow up on volunteers’ implementation of assigned activities.
- Collect feedback, questions, and challenges from volunteers.
- Monitor outreach activities and track implementation against the approved plan.
- Collect photos, reports, and documentation related to activities.
- Prepare regular updates on the progress of the communication campaign.
- Monitor recurring public questions and misconceptions.
- Organize and archive communication materials, key messages, and frequently asked questions.
- Prepare presentations, reports, monitoring tools, and coordination documents.
Eligibility criteria
Applicants must:
- Be between 18 and 60 years old.
- Be a Jordanian citizen, legal resident, or recognized refugee in Jordan.
- Have at least two years of relevant experience.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields:
- Communication.
- Public Relations.
- Journalism.
- Social Sciences.
- Development Studies.
- Business Administration or Management.
- Or any other related field.
- Be fluent in Arabic.
- Working knowledge of English is considered an advantage.
