Online Volunteer Opportunity for the UN: UN UAE Graphic Assets for Expo2020 Dubai

The United Nations in the United Arab Emirates is offering an online volunteer opportunity for graphic designers to help in the UN UAE Graphic Assets for Expo2020.

Objectives and Background:-

• Expo2020 Dubai will run from October 2021 to March 2022. 
• This is the first ever Expo to be held in the Arab Region, it aims to be a hub for creation, collaboration and innovation. 
• The UN in the UAE will participate in Expo2020 with a series of events (exhibitions, forums, discussions) throughout the event duration. 
• The UN seeks support in the development of graphic assets for the promotion of the UN UAE presence.

Tasks:-

• The UN in the United Arab Emirates is looking for 2 graphic designers that can support the development of graphics assets that can enhance the UN UAE participation in Expo2020 Dubai. 
• Assets would include designs for banners and for social media posts, among others. 
• The designs must follow the corporate graphic identity guidelines for the UN and Expo2020, which will be sent to the volunteers in advance.

• Candidates must be graphic designers with relevant experience in document and promotional material design, and should possess extensive knowledge of graphic design applications and programs. 
• A degree in Graphic Design or related areas is considered important to the selection process.
