The Outreach and Development Coordinator is a voluntary, unpaid, remote role focused on growing Ramzunā Languages’ network of volunteers and supporters.
Key responsibilities include:
- Communication: Schedule and publish weekly social media posts using pre-approved templates.
- Copywriting: Craft clear, factual and informative digital copy highlighting community data and programme outcomes every month.
- Recruitment Management: Participate in the application screening, interview scheduling and onboarding process every three months.

Eligibility criteria
Qualifications:
- Ability to volunteer 4 hours/week
- Strong communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication.
- Project management abilities to meet deadlines.
- Comfortable working remotely in a digital environment and using online collaboration tools.
- A genuine interest in language education, social justice and Palestine. Prior experience with non-profit or volunteer work is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks and collaborate effectively with a diverse international team.
- A strong command of English. Knowledge of Arabic is an asset.
